Does the apartment have a balcony?
Each apartment has its own balcony.

Does the apartment have a laundry?
Each apartment has a fully equipped internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and sink.

Can I request a certain room or outlook?
Requests are welcome but we cannot guarantee.  We certainly do our best to meet any requests.

Is the pool heated in winter?
A large attraction for our resort is the heated swimming pool.  Families will return again and again because the pool is such a wonderful location to swim and relax.   It is heated to 30 degrees in winter and so offers year round swimming.

Can I smoke in the room or on the balcony?
No, all rooms are non-smoking.  The grounds are now non smoking due to government policies.

Is there a hairdryer in the apartment?
Each apartment is supplied with a hairdryer attached to the wall in the main bathroom.

Do you have secure parking?
Yes, we have secure lock up parking in our basement.  Basement height restriction is 1.98mts. One car space is provided for a 2 bedroom apartment and Two car spaces are provided for a 3 bedroom apartment.  There is no charge for parking.

Do you have cots and roll-away beds?
These are available for hire during your stay, and must be pre-arranged.

How many TVs are in the apartment?
There is a Smart TV in the lounge room of the apartment. We also supply a Chrome Casting device to all TV’s with unlimited high speed internet.

How may people can the apartment accommodate?
In the 2 bedroom apartment there is sleeping for up to 4 persons using the available bedding which is a Queen and 2 x Single beds. A 5th person can be accommodated with a roll-away bed at an extra charge of $30/night.
The 3 bedroom apartments sleep 6 using the available bedding which is a Queen, a Double and 2 x Single beds.  A 7th person can be accommodated with a roll-away bed at an extra charge of $30/night. Therefore the maximum number of persons allowed in a 2 bedroom is 5, and the 3 bedroom is 7 regardless of age.  This is due to fire regulations and is not negotiable.

Is there a security bond to be paid?
Yes, the security bond is $200 and can be paid via card or cash. If paying by card this will be held in your bank on a pre-authorisation for 7 days.

How far are you from the theme parks?
We are approximately 5 – 20 minutes drive to each of the theme parks.

Is there parking at the theme parks?
There is free parking at all of the theme parks.

Can I get a bus to the theme parks?
It is possible to catch the local buses to all the Theme Parks.  Shuttles, taxi’s or Uber are other options. Bus tickets are available for purchase from reception.

Are there any shops near the resort?
Within walking distance there are 2 convenience stores, a bottle shop, 711 , and numerous restaurants and fast food outlets.
2.5 km drive north will bring you to a Coles Supermarket along the Gold Coast Highway and 3 km south you will find Australia Fair which is the closest shopping mall.

Are there any restaurants in the area?
Within walking distance there are several highly recommended restaurants.  They range from Indian, Thai, Seafood, Burger Take-way, Pizza and the local pub.

Is there a bottle shop near by?
Across the road behind the resort is a Liquor Land bottle shop.

Are there lifts in the resort?
No, The resort is a 3 storey walk-up.  It does not have wheel chair access or lifts. If you require a ground floor apartment for medical reasons, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Cots $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week (min charge $30).
Late Check out subject to availability = $20 per hour
Early Check in available upon request subject to availability = $20 per hour.
ADDITIONAL PERSON $30.00 PER NIGHT (includes Rollaway Bed/Linen).
Note: a Maximum of 5 persons in a 2 bedroom and 7 persons in a 3 bedroom regardless of ages.

There will be a credit card surcharge on bookings of 1.5% for Master Card and Visa.  NO AMEX.

Please note our booking conditions and cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up until 7 days prior to arrival, full payment if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

No refund for no shows or early departure after arrival.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.
