Photo ID must be presented at check in.

$200 Security Bond payable on check in. This is a pre-authorisation hold for 7 days on your credit card.

Porta Cots $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week.

Rollaway Bed (including linen and extra person charge) $30 per night. Must be pre-arranged 24hrs prior to arrival.

Note: a Maximum of 5 guests in a 2 bedroom apartment and 7 guests in a 3 bedroom apartment regardless of ages, due to fire regulations.

Early Check In: Available upon request, subject to availability – $50

Late Check out: Subject to availability and pre-arranged 24hrs prior to departure – $20 per hour.

There will be a credit card surcharge on bookings of 1.5% for Master Card and Visa. NO AMEX. No Cash.

Full Payment to be made 7 days before arrival, this can be via bank transfer or credit card payments.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no shows or early departure after arrival – No refund.
