Blue Waters Apartments is ideally situated on the edge of the stunning Broadwater.

This famous waterway is synonymous with the Gold Coast Lifestyle.

It offers so much opportunity for relaxation, exercise, recreation, fishing, tourist attractions, cruises, adventure sports, shopping, dining, golfing or simply relaxing.  Those of us that live and work on this Northern end of the Gold Coast would not live anywhere else.

Blue Waters Apartments is just 3km north of the CBD of Southport.  A major shopping mall (Australia Fair), numerous banks, the Gold Coast Hospital, Griffith University, Gold Coast TAFE and a wide variety of Shops and Services are all readily available.  The local bus network passes right past Blue Waters Apartments and it is possible to get anywhere on the Gold Coast by local buses. 3km in the other direction, Harbour Town Outlet Shopping mall offers the best discount, factory outlet shopping in Australia and it also includes a large modern Cinema complex.

Harbour Town specializes in beach wear, ladies fashion, home wares, menswear, shoes, jewellery,  and a wide variety of specialty shops.

If hitting the many world-class Theme Parks is on your holiday menu, you could not stay in a more perfect location than Blue Waters.  We are less than 5 minutes drive to Sea World (less than 1km across the water), and in the other direction, we are only 10-15 minutes drive to Movie World, Wet & Wild, Paradise Country, Dream World and White Water World.

All of these Theme Parks are easily accessed by the local buses if you choose not to bring your own car.  Of course, no trip to the Gold Coast would be complete without experiencing the Australian Outback Spectacular Dinner/Show extravaganza.  It is guaranteed to be the highlight of your trip.

As the Gold Coast hosted the 2018 Commonwealth Games, it is no surprise that there are a wide variety of world class sporting facilities very close to Blue Waters.  The Runaway Bay Sports Complex and playing fields are only 5 minutes away and the popular Musgrave Road Hockey Fields are only 2 minutes from Blue Waters.  Sporting teams playing in national and international competitions are regular visitors to Blue Waters.  This includes Water Polo, Hockey, Soccer, Lawn Bowls, Triathlon, Marathon, Jet Skiing, Gymnastics and Olympic Swimming teams have all found Blue Waters an ideal location to be based.

Families with young children are also well catered for.  In addition to our own popular pool, immediate across from Blue Waters, on the waters edge, are lots of lovely play equipment suitable for children.  It is also a popular BBQ and picnic spot.  Just to the north of Blue Waters is a man-made lagoon in front of Charis Seafoods which is perfect for paddling and playing in the sand.  Pelican feeding time (1pm daily) is also something to experience.

If you like your holidays a little bit less energetic, Blue Waters offers a heated swimming pool (heated from April to November) and close proximity to miles of stunning walking paths along the waters edge.  Within a short distance, a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, seafood, sushi, fast food and convenience stores exist, many of which have spectacular views across the Broadwater.  Across at Marina Mirage Shopping Centre, a wide variety of world class fashion icon stores exist.  It is also the home to many of the very best restaurants in Queensland.
